App Terms of Use

1. About these terms Nexa Agora is provided by NexaEthos S.L., Calle Santa Juliana 9, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga, Spain, tax identification number B93751808, registered with the Registro Mercantil. These terms govern your use of the Nexa Agora mobile app. Please read them before accepting and using the app. If you access a workspace managed by your organisation, its service agreement with NexaEthos continues to govern the workspace and its subscription. Accepting these app terms does not purchase a subscription or authorise you to enter into an agreement on your organisation's behalf.

2. Access and your account Nexa Agora is intended for adults using the service for business or professional purposes. You must use an account you are authorised to access, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Your access to workspace information and features depends on your permissions and the services available to your organisation.

3. Using the app You may use the app to access the Nexa Agora features available to your account. Downloading the app is free and does not itself create a payment obligation. You must not use the app for unlawful activities, infringe other people's rights, distribute harmful content or malware, access information without authorisation, or interfere with the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload content or connect external accounts.

4. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour Nexa Agora is a workspace for organisations, not a social network: you only meet the people and AI agents of the workspaces you were invited to. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, upload or ask an AI agent to produce content that harasses, threatens or demeans others, that is sexually explicit, or that makes serious harm easier. You can report content that breaks these rules:

• in Agora, tap or long-press a message and choose Report message: your reason and the message go to your workspace's administrators and to NexaEthos support;
• in a private chat, tap Report this answer under an AI answer: the answer and your reason go to NexaEthos support only;
• or write to support@nexaethos.com.

Your workspace's administrators must remove objectionable content reported to them and remove from the workspace the members who break these rules. NexaEthos reviews every report of objectionable content within 24 hours and removes the content and deactivates the account of the user responsible when it breaks these terms (section 8). In the app, AI agents and your Buddy are instructed to decline sexually explicit content and instructions that make serious harm easier; this does not guarantee every answer, so please report any answer that breaks these rules.

5. Artificial intelligence Nexa Agora uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, analyse content and carry out tasks. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Review outputs before relying on them, particularly for significant decisions or actions. AI responses do not replace qualified professional advice. Actions performed through connected services depend on the permissions and instructions you or your organisation provide. Review these carefully before authorising an action.

6. Your content and privacy Using the app does not transfer ownership of your content to NexaEthos. You authorise us to process that content as necessary to provide the service, subject to the applicable service agreement and data protection obligations. Our Privacy Policy for the app, at https://nexaethos.com/nexa-agora/privacy, explains how personal data is handled and how you can exercise your rights. Your organisation may also provide information about its handling of workspace data.

7. Availability and updates Features may vary according to your account, workspace configuration and app version. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We provide the app with reasonable care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every AI-generated response will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending access You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling it does not automatically delete your account or workspace data, or cancel an agreement held by your organisation. You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a serious breach of these terms, objectionable content or abusive behaviour, a security risk or a legal obligation.

9. Changes and contact We will notify you of material changes to these terms and request acceptance where required. Changes will not remove rights you have already acquired. For questions about the app or these terms: support@nexaethos.com. For privacy matters: privacy@nexaethos.com.
